At DeoDap, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase by offering a streamlined and transparent returns process. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your DeoDap account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Return/Exchange' option for the specific item you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the product is in its original condition, unused, and includes all tags and original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

• 3.
  Pickup and Inspection

  Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will collect the package from your address, and our quality control team will inspect the item upon arrival.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Replacement

  After a successful inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, or your replacement item will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.
